Michelle Murray is the name and Wholesale real estate is my business and passion. I was born, raised and still reside in sunny South Florida. My parents are from the equally beautiful islands of the Bahamas. Having an island background, naturally, we decided to live amongst the beaches and tropical climate. I grew up in Pembroke Pines FL, Broward County and graduated with the class of 2001 at McArthur High School in Hollywood, FL. From there a attended a Community college for a couple years before I embraced my profound interest in real estate.
After my family inherited a property by chance, at the age of 23, I became the not so proud owner of a true fixer upper. Due to years of renters abuse and the lack of TLC, the property was a shell to say the least and some would even say it needed to be torn down. The great thing however is that it was in a great neighborhood and had a ton of potential. With what little savings I had at the time, help of family members, and some good ole elbow grease we gutted the place and completely turned it around. Soon after we had an appraisal and learned that with a little less than 15k we raised its value by 50k. I was so proud of what I did I never sold the place, infact, I became the very proud owner, and now live in that very property today.
From there I anwsered my call to real estate and truly never stopped locating profitable deals for other investors. Through the years I have fully educated myself of the Florida market, closed countless deals and met many influential people and now cannot imagine my life without real estate.
