My name is Michelle Murray, CEO of a private Real Estate Investment Firm in Davie FL. We're looking for a dedicated Sales Manager for our #winning wholesale real estate division: Quick Turn Properties.

Our company has been helping investors build wealth by providing discount real estate opportunities AKA Wholesale deals for nearly a decade. Simply put, we buy and sell investment property throughout South Florida for profit. With big plans to expand and bring more value to the market, this is where you come in!

To grow effectively we need a hungry, dedicated Sales Manager to market, negotiate and sell deals and contracts to the steady flow of cash buyers that our business attracts. With existing marketing systems and a large network of buyers already in place; we’re able to consistently put profitable investment properties in front of buyers daily. Your role will be to create ads, talk to, show and negotiate contracts with our buyers and reach beyond our network to bring new cash buyers in our world.

Investors typically buy our deals, improve them for rent or resell, which ultimately enhances local neighborhoods while they build wealth for their families.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: (Training provided)

- Marketing investment properties to buyers.

- Prescreen and evaluate buyers

- Follow up with buyers effectively and consistently

- Show buyers property

- Negotiate with buyers- Track and update our database with buyer inquiries

- Fill in and prepare contracts.

- Foster and maintain existing buyer relationships.

- Work with Joint Venture partners to sell their deals to our buyers & vise versa.

- Follow company processes and procedures, and make suggestions for new ones.

- Market and Seek out new cash buyers that belong in our world

- Prioritize properties to meet contract deadlines

- Assist company with misc. projects with respect to the business.

- A Florida Real Estate License will be required. If you don’t have a license now you may still apply. Be prepared to get one if selected

- Must know how to respectively “hustle

Work Hours:

This is an in office job, you will be required to work from our Davie office Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm (with a one hour lunch).


The ideal candidate should have prior sales and/or marketing experience. Be a natural people person
who is always willing to go the extra mile to close more deals. Is up to the challenge of meeting &
exceeding revenue goals by keeping company profit first.


As Sales Manager at Quick Turn Properties you can reasonably expect to make $3,500-$10,000+ per
month depending on your performance and/or company deal flow. Commissions and/or bonuses will
be 10% of net company profit on each closed transaction. It’s not uncommon us to close 1 or 2 deals
a week.

The company will provide a $2,000 monthly non recoverable draw against commissions and bonuses
for the first 90 days to assist you with getting your pipeline nice and fat as you ramp up sales during
this initial starting period. We're currently on pace to buy & sell 60 properties this year. With plans to strategically increase to 100+ properties per year within the next 12-24 months.

*WARNING* This role is not for everyone, in fact, if you do not like commission based work, are afraid the be pushed, need to be micromanaged. I would suggest you not apply! As our Sales manager you will eat what you kill. Which can be a tough gig, but for someone that are hungry, there will be
tremendous upside with virtually no income ceiling.
